• To make online payments for services:
   

  • Create a new portal account to view and pay your bill. Utility Payment Portal: https://crossroadsus.epayub.com/ All Pflugerville Customers will have to create a new login by clicking “Register here”

   

  • Account number changes: Crossroads will move the current 8-digit account number to a 10-digit account number for each Pflugerville customer. Each account number will be adding a “9” to the first and third digits (Example: 70-0000-00 will change to 970-90000-00). Please note you will need this 10-digit number to access our payment portal.

   

  • Bank Bill Pay: Please also update any bank bill pay services with the new account number. The payee name will need to be updated to the name of your district. The location to mail your payments has changed. Mail payments to PO Box 8009 Round Rock, TX 78683-8009

   

  • Mailed check payments: Make checks payable to your district and include your new account number. The location to mail your payments has changed. Mail payments to PO Box 8009 Round Rock, TX 78683-8009
