LAKESIDE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 3 ORDER DECLARING ELECTION OF UNOPPOSED CANDIDATES AND CANCELING NOVEMBER 4, 2014 DIRECTOR ELECTION

The Lakeside Municipal Utility District No. 3 will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2014 on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. at the offices of Gray Engineering, Inc., 8834 North Capital of Texas Highway, Suite 140, Austin, Texas 78759.

There is an election for Municipal Utility District Board positions to be held in November of 2014. The Deadline to File an Application for a Place on the Ballot in the election is August 18, 2014 at 5:00 PM. See the attached Notice for the details.
