The Commons at Rowe Lane is represented by the Lakeside Municipal Utility District ( MUD ) #3. It is the only community represented by the MUD. The MUD is funded through a portion of our property taxes. Currently that portion amounts to .9 % of the assessed value of your residence, which is just shy of 1/3 of your property tax bill.
he MUD board of directors meets at an open meeting on the second Wednesday of each month at 6 P.M. in the Commons Amenity Center at 20601 Commons Parkway, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
